Description:
CDPQ Infra is seeking, through this request for expression of interest (the "Request for Expression of Interest"), to update its panel of independent fairness monitors. This request for expression of interest is addressed to current suppliers as well as new candidates (in each case a "Potential Candidate" and collectively the "Potential Candidates") so that they can confirm their interest in participating in the qualification process. The panel of candidates who qualify at the end of this process (the "Qualified Candidates") will be maintained for a period of five (5) years and will serve the needs of CDPQ Infra and all its subsidiaries.The Request for Expression of Interest will be followed by a request for qualifications (the "Request for Qualification") sent to Potential Candidates who have expressed their interest in participating in the Request for Qualification process by submitting a Declaration of Interest (as defined in Section 4) within the timeframe provided in Section 5 and who have met CDPQ Infra's eligibility conditions, including conditions related to conflicts of interest.
