Project Description : This RFP is an invitation to submit offers for the provision of in-country representation in the major market of India and international student recruitment support ("Services") with the aim of increasing the number of international students studying at Red Deer Polytechnic. The selected proponent ("Contractor") will work under the supervision of Red Deer Polytechnic's International Division.It is Red Deer Polytechnic's intention to enter into the Form of Agreement attached as Appendix A to this RFP with only one legal entity. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of two years with an option in favor of Red Deer Polytechnic to extend the agreement on the same or similar terms and conditions for an additional two year term. It is anticipated that the agreement will commence on October 1, 2021.Proposals received will be evaluated via a four stage process in which the highest ranking proponent will be invited to enter negotiations with Red Deer Polytechnic.
