This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks to engage a software implementation specialist for the Oracle Fusion HCM Recruiting Module, with future phases planned for the Oracle Fusion ERP Sourcing and Contracts Modules. The focus of this RFP is on the Recruiting module, and proponents are requested to provide detailed pricing and proposals based on the outlined scope of services. Additionally, proponents should provide budget pricing and high-level proposals for the future implementation of the Sourcing and Contracts modules. Proponents are also requested to outline their qualifications and team specifically for the Oracle Recruiting scope of work and generally for the implementation of other Oracle modules.
