- Shared Health requires an immunology analyzer system to undertake the following serological diagnostic services at Cadham Provincial Laboratory (CPL). The successful supplier of this RFP is to provide: System to consist of analyzer(s), UPS, computer, printer and associated software and software licenses, and capable of interfacing with CPL-s current Laboratory Information System (LIS) via Data Innovations Instrument Manager Software; An analyzer(s) capable of performing serological testing for: Mandatory Test Menu: VZV IgG and IgM, Measles IgG and IgM, Mumps IgG and IgM, EBV VCA IgG and IgM, HSV-1 IgG, HSV-2 IgG, and Lyme Antibody (1st Tier Screening); and Optional Test Menu - Group 1: Rubella IgM, HSV IgM, Mycoplasma pneumoniae IgM, Parvovirus B19 IgG, and Parvovirus B19 IgM; and Optional Test Menu - Group 2: H. pylori Stool Antigen, 2nd Tier Lyme Testing (Total or IgM/IgG), IGRA Mycobacterium tuberculosis, HIV-1/2 Antibody/Antigen 4th/5th Generation Combo, and HDV IgG Antibody. All consumables, reagents, calibrators and kits including quality control and calibration verification materials compatible with the system, required to perform testing; and The proposed system on a reagent lease basis where the supplier retains responsibility for service maintenance of all leased instrumentation and associated software.
