Description:
As a minimum the Detailed Engineering Design and Tender Preparation Phase is to include the expansion of the Ilderton WWTP treatment capacity from 1,300 m3/day to 1,800 m3/day or higher through the design of a new treatment train along with process mechanical improvements in Treatment Trains 1, 2 and 3 of the existing extended aeration treatment plant.
The scope of work is intending to include:
New treatment train (assumed to match treatment approach - extended air treatment)Process mechanical improvements in Treatment Trains 1, 2, and 3 for improved treatment and efficiencyAutomation of the RAS/WAS and associated control strategyExpansion of compressed air systemBuilding expansion of a control room, administrative offices, bathroom, workshop and supplies and vehicle storage areaThe assignment is to include detailed plant design, tendering, contract administration, site services and inspections during the construction of the aforementioned subject facility expansion and construction work. The work is to be completed in two (2) phases.
