Project Description : The WCB is seeking proposals from qualified Vendors for Identity and Access Management solutions that will achieve two objectives: internal application access and external facing customer applications. The selection process will be based on best overall outcomes and value to the WCB and will result in making a separate award for each objective.For internal application access objective, the WCB requires an Identity and Access Management solution that will streamline automation of delivery of access to the business regarding just in time access provisioning, reporting, continuously enforcing governance rules and compliance policies, and self-service portal to submit reports.For external facing customer application access objective, the WCB requires an Identity and Access Management solution that will streamline authentication and authorization of customer access to WCB-s external facing applications. The solution to provide modern security management protocol support, user lifecycle management platform support, user access data analytics capabilities and API support for WCB to develop customized automation routines.
