Synopsis: The Government of Saskatchewan is seeking an experienced supplier to provide quantitative research expertise to conduct a program evaluation of the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) that is administered through Ministry of Immigration and Career Training. The Ministry of Immigration and Career Training (ICT) is mandated to evaluate the SINP every five years. ICT requires an experienced research supplier to conduct a program evaluation of the SINP to assess its ability to meet its goals including attraction of immigrants with skills and experience in high demand occupations to fill labour shortages, and successful immigrant entrepreneurs and farmers. The evaluation will also determine the retention of provincial nominees in Saskatchewan. The results of the program evaluation will allow ICT to assess the effectiveness of the SINP in meeting these two goals and identify opportunities to improve program effectiveness. Interested suppliers must demonstrate professional experience in: Quantitative research, including design, administration and analysis of mixed mode (telephone, on-line and mobile device) surveys, and data analysis (including primary data and administrative datasets).
