Description : Requirement The Fleet Services Branch of the City of Ottawa (the “City”) requires the supply and delivery of Eight (8) Self Propelled Wide Area Lawn Mowers (the “Vehicle(s)”) for the West and East Branches / Parks Department, in accordance the terms, conditions, and Specifications of this Request for Tender. Tender Closing Date All tender submissions must be received electronically through the MERX online system no later than 3:00 P.M. local time on Monday, 08 March 2021. Late tender submissions will not be accepted. Tenders submitted physically, by email, or by facsimile will not be accepted. Basis of Award The City intends to award a contract to the lowest responsive bidder based on the Total Tender Price (HST excluded), set out in Price Schedule “A”, minus any prompt payment discount offered.
