Tender are invited for Ice Plant Replacement
Project Description : The Town of Three Hills (the "Town”) has prepared this Request for Proposal ("RFP”) to provide a proposal to perform a replacement of our R22 Freon Plant. The system was installed in 1999 and is approximately 22 years old.The Town of Three Hills is also looking for a supplementary option to have a shared ice plant with the Three Hills Curling Club. The Three Hills Curling Club is attached to the Northwest corner of the Centennial Place Arena Lobby and is owned and operated privately. This facility currently has an R22 refrigerant plant that is used to provide refrigeration for four sheets of curling ice.Our desired goal for this project is to have the Arena up and running for fall hockey and skating users. The Centennial Place Arena is scheduled to open on September 15, 2021.
