Description:
This RFP seeks Proponents who are committed to partnering with Seneca for the provision of Snow Clearing and Ice Management Services. We seek a proven, high-performing Proponent with management, equipment, resources and technical staff together with a genuine corporate commitment to sustainability that can work with us to achieve the deliverables as detailed in this RFP. Seneca Polytechnic is seeking to partner with a supplier or suppliers to provide the ice and snow management services for one (1) or both locations as follows: i. Newnham Campus - 1750 Finch Ave. East. Toronto, ON M2J 2X5 ii. King Campus - 13990 Dufferin St. King City, ON L7B 1B3 Seneca intends to enter into a multi-year agreement with one(1) or two (2) successful Proponent/s, who meets the minimum requirements of this RFP. Seneca expects that all Proponents will be able to furnish satisfactory evidence that they have the ability, experience, resources, and references to enable them to complete this Contract. The contract term will be for a three (3) year period commencing October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2028 with two (2) additional one (1) year optional extensions at the sole discretion of Seneca, subject to the satisfactory performance, pricing, and successful negotiations of both parties.Refer to Bonfire Portal for complete details. https://seneca.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities/85404
