The scope and objective of this NRFP is to identify an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) supplier of Online Procurement Tool. ICBC is seeking an OEM supplier that will also implement the Online Procurement Tool.
The ICBC strategic sourcing team requires licenses for 25 people who will be project leaders for any procurement event.
We also need to have licenses for up to four System Administrators who should have the ability to access and edit any project at anytime.
ICBC is also interested in a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution that works with your proposed Online Procurement Tool. This will be an optional purchase and ICBC asks for information on a CLM to be included in your Proposal.
