Scope of Work : M-1 - Bidders must express their “Intent To Bid” by November 10, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. Toronto time M-2 - Bidder must provide new, original, and genuine original equipment manufacturer (OEM) IBM products and services of all items listed in the Pricing Table in Appendix B.M-3 - Bidders must be authorized resellers of IBM software licensing maintenance and support in Ontario.M-4 - Bidders must be able to provide all items listed in the Pricing Table in Appendix B.M-5 - Bidders must submit proof of their authorized reseller status upon submission.
