Synopsis: This Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) is an invitation by Saskatchewan Government Insurance (“SGI”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for the provision of IBM Annual Subscription Renewals as further described in the ITT Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). The bidder will be required to provide IBM Annual Subscription Renewals from October 1, 2020 to September 30, 2021 as per the detailed list in Appendix B
Additional Information:
SGI is committed to the promotion of the industrial and economic growth of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement (“NWPTA”) region. To this end, this ITT will be limited to bidders who are NWPTA region suppliers. A NWPTA region supplier must meet one of the following criteria: a person resident in the NWPTA region; a business that is constituted, established, or organized under the laws of British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, or Saskatchewan; or a business that both maintains a location and employs staff within the NWPTA region. SGI will only accept bids from bidders who are NWPTA region suppliers. Bidders should provide SGI with information demonstrating it is a NWPTA region supplier. SGI has the sole, absolute and final discretion and authority to determine whether a bidder is a NWPTA region supplier.
