This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Brock University (the “University”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Identity and Access Management (IAM) Software Solution, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix E) (the “Deliverables”).Brock is seeking a modern, flexible and fully featured Identity and Access management Solution (IAM) that will provide a single source of truth for all identity information. The solution should be AODA compliant cloud-based solution and delivered via a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model. The vision is a single, coherent identity platform where identity is established from the earliest contact and continues to evolve with experience, interaction, and involvement in the Brock community.These capabilities are anticipated to require Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) to efficiently and flexibly manage identity and access for trusted internal users, including students, faculty, and employees. This should include the ability to define granular and relevant structures, roles and decision rules to support defining and administering access and entitlements.It is the intention of the University to enter into an agreement with only one (1) legal entity per awarded contract. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years, with an option in favor of the University to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to five (5) three (3) year...
