Project Description : Stage 11. Desktop studies, reviewing historical municipal records and geotechnical monitoring data.2. Site inspections to identify damages, cracks, erosion, slides, and any conspicuous slope failures etc.3. Prepare monitoring location plan based on field investigations.4. Prepare access plans for identified locations. (if private properties must be accessed).5. Create thresholds for warning public or residential infrastructure related to slope movement.6. Create ECO plan with detailed safety procedures.7. Prepare communication bulletins and construction notices and distribute to residents.8. Obtain all permits and approvals.Stage 29. Propose geotechnical instrumentation required to monitor the slope areas.10. Install geotechnical instruments.11. Prepare Geotechnical Instrumentation installation report related to drilling and bore hole logging, prepare drilling-installation report including gINT logs, clearly identifying the formation, and facies numbers.12. Provide a geotechnical instrumentation installation report, including borehole logs, gINT reports.13. Ensure protection quads (steel) with buggy whip and flags for each instrument installed.Stage 314.
