Description:
The Corporation of the City of Mississauga (the “City”) operates its own full service print and mail facility located at City Hall in Mississauga (the “Print Production”). The Print Production provides essential printing services for City Council as well as other internal clients. The Print Production produces a wide variety of digital printing and finishing of: brochures, flyers, postcard, business cards, booklets and large format work etc.

The City invites bids from manufacturers or authorized dealers to supply one (1) Hybrid Large Format Printer (the “Printer”), with associated external controllers and workflow software as detailed in the 04_Appendix_C_SOW_General. The Printer should have a Life cycle of a minimum of 10 years.

The successful bidder will be required to provide maintenance and support services for the Printer.

Bidders must either be the manufacturer or authorized dealers to sell and service the Printer.
