- Work of this Contract includes, but is not limited to, the removal of existing condensing units and associated coils, ductwork modifications. Install new refrigeration piping, concrete pads, security fence, condensing units, duct mounted coils, humidifiers, ERV,and DDC system at 140 Morison Dr. Windsor, NS, B0N 2T0. Electrical contractor to review existing electrical distribution system prior to commencement of all work. Provide drawing identifying complete and accurate description of all electrical components (sizing and ratings) of the electrical system and assist Departmental Representative with power systems study.
