Description:
The Purchaser is seeking Proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents to complete work for the replacement of two (2) roof-top units, known as RTU-2 and RTU-3, of the second phase only, with new hybrid heat pump/gas units at the at the St. Clair College Ford Centre of Excellence in Manufacturing(FCEM) Building located at 2000 Talbot Road West, Windsor, Ontario N9A 6S4.The term of the Agreement shall reflect the construction activities scheduled from approximately May 1, 2025, through February 28, 2026, and shall include a two (2) year maintenance period.For drawings and specifications, pleaserefer to Appendix A: Mechanical and Electrical DrawingsFor structural information, please refer to Appendix B: Structural Letter of Certification.A Proponent must submit a Bid Bond and an Agreement to Bond from a Surety company authorized to carry on business in the Province of Ontario, in favor ofthe Purchaser.Bonds must be irrevocable and open for bid acceptance for at least sixty (60) days from the date of bid closing.Each submission must be accompanied by an Agreement to Bond.Please see Schedule B: Bid Bond and Agreement to Bond Information for furtherdetails.
