(MAI) invites offers from qualified Vendors for the HVAC Systems Upgrades - Terminal Building in Argentia, NL.The project is located at the Marine Atlantic Ferry Terminal site in Argentia, NL.The Work generally includes, but it is not necessarily limited to, the following: Mobilization and demobilization, including all labor and equipment as specified and as required to carry out the work. Pre-Inspection site survey of all components of the work and report to Owner-s Representative any and all discrepancies prior to commencing work. Demolition, removal and disposal of existing Air Handling Unit (AHU-1), Return Fan (RF-1), HVAC Controls System, and associated ductwork, wiring and accessories as required. Supply and install of new Air Handling Unit (AHU-1), Return Fan (RF-1), Condensing Unit (CDU-1), HVAC Controls System, new ductwork, wiring, refrigerant piping and accessories as required to provide a fully functional system. Cleaning and air-balancing of all ductwork associated with AHU-1 and RF-1. Submittals: Preparation, submission, and implementation of an approved Construction Schedule.
