• SUMMARY:
  Through this Request for Proposals, the Regional District of Central Okanagan requests solution-based proposals for replacement of the heating and cooling system at the Killiney Beach Community Hall and Fire Hall located 514 Udell Road, Vernon, BC. The replacement work will require the selected contractor to work with the District and tenants of the building, in order to accommodate tenant activities during the onsite HVAC works.
  Key details for the project are as follows:
  Place of the Work: the location of the work is the Killiney Beach Community Hall and Fire Hall, 514 Udell Road, Vernon BC.Schedule: all work for this project must be complete (with the new HVAC system operational and ‘Ready for Takeover-) no later than June 1, 2026. The District anticipates executing a contract for the work with the successful Respondent to this RFP, no later than April 6, 2026, thus providing 8 weeks for equipment ordering, delivery, and all Works to be completed.Building Existing Plans: no drawings or plans of the existing building HVAC systems are available. Respondents to this RFP are therefore required to attend the Place of the Work and physically view the existing HVAC systems and buildings, prior to execution of a contract.
