The WCB is inviting your firm to submit a Proposal for the following: To provide heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system (HVAC) maintenance for the WCB's office facilities located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, which will include, but not be limited to, system checks, testing, and repair on enthalpy recovery ventilation systems, condensing boilers, humidifiers, fluid coolers, water source heat pump, and exhaust systems.Description of ServicesThe WCB requires the Contractor to provide heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system (HVAC) maintenance for the WCB's office facilities located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, which may include, but not be limited to, system checks, testing, and repair on enthalpy recovery ventilation systems, water source heat pump systems and exhaust systems.No minimum service volume will be committed to any particular Contractor and the WCB reserves the right to use multiple Contractors for delivery of the Service, as determined necessary in the unfettered discretion of the WCB.The Services shall normally be performed during Business Hours. However, the WCB may request some of the Services to be performed outside Business Hours to ensure uninterrupted facility operations, as determined necessary in the unfettered discretion of the WCB.
