- This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Limestone District School Board (the “Board”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for RFQ 202500107 HVAC at Loughborough PS, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The project consists primarily of replacement of the geothermal heating system, which has reached end of life, and the addition of cooling in some areas of the building. The geothermal wells will be abandoned in place. The existing water-source heat pumps will be replaced with air-source heat pumps (ASHP) at similar locations, connected to roof-mounted condensing units and VRF controllers. The majority of the existing duct work will be utilized with modifications required at connection points to new equipment. - Documents:
