Description : HVAC Upgrades at two building sites in Sudbury Ontario Science North site at 100 Ramsey Lake Road .1 Replace two (2) heating boilers, two (2) boiler circulators, and one (1) dual head secondary heating pump. Modify existing piping to suit new equipment and layouts. .2 Replace two (2) existing chillers, one (1) cooling tower, two (2) chilled water pumps, two (2) condenser water pumps, and one (1) condenser water 3-way valve. Modify existing piping to suit new equipment and layouts. Provide a new refrigerant gas detection and ventilation system. .3 Replace two (2) indirect fired natural gas air handlers with new modular air handlers with hydronic heating and cooling. .4 Remove six (6) R-22 rooftop condensing units. For the units, replace four (4) associated evaporator coils located in existing modular air handlers with new chilled water coils. The remaining two condensing units are connected to the air handlers being remove in Sentence 3 above. .5 Replace one (1) packaged electric/electric rooftop unit. .6 Replace four (4) packaged gas/electric rooftop units. .7 Replace one (1) split DX fan coil unit with a new fan coil unit with hydronic cooling and no heating. .8 Replace one (1) split DX fan coil unit with a new split DX fan coil unit. .9 Replace one (1) rooftop direct-fired natural gas make-up air unit. .10 ... - Documents:
