Description:
The Vendor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidental services necessary to perform all Work. All construction work shall be in compliance with the accompanying drawings, specifications and other contract documents.
Division of the Work among Vendors, suppliers or vendors is solely the Vendor-s responsibility. Neither the Project Manager/Agency nor Consultant assumes any responsibility to act as an arbiter to establish subcontract terms between sectors or disciplines of work.
For detailed Scope of Work refer to all drawings in conjunction with, specifications and other contract documents.
