Description : This Request for Proposal is being issued by Humber to obtain Proposals from Proponent(s) for the supply of a complete ATSC 3.0 signal processing suite of equipment and software that can encode and output ATSC 3.0 broadcast television and datacast streams. The suite of equipment would include the following items: (1) ATSC 3.0 transport encoder, (2) ATSC 3.0 broadcast signal stream and Radio Frequency (RF) analyzer (3) ATSC 3.0 datacasting system editor to create point specific applications where data content is prepared and scheduled for insertion into the digital television (DTV) broadcast stream, (4) ATSC 3.0 broadcast gateway scheduler providing signal management and timing information for transmission, (5) all-band in-lab RF modulator, (6) ATSC 3.0 RF Input Modules & ATSC 3.0 Software Stack to read multicast internet protocol (IP) streams, and (7) Extended Warranty-Annual Enhanced Service and Support Plan / On-site Installation and Training Services.
