Detailed_Description : Human Resources Talent Management Cloud-Based SoftwarePHO seeks to establish a contract with one (1) Vendor for the provision of a ,proven, cloud-based talent management software, (module) to manage PHO-s employee performance, development and succession planning processes and functions which must easily integrate and interface with the organization-s Workday Human Capital Management System.. The module to be implemented with a Go-live date of January, 2025. This shall include:•a full implementation of the selected Vendor-s talent management module; •a full integration (inbound/outbound) of the module with PHO-s Workday HCM; and,•licensing, maintenance, training and support services over the agreement term.
