Summary Details:
The Province of British Columbia (the Province) has undertaken benchmarking and market research to understand the current marketplace and is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to engage with the market and explore potential future service delivery models for a range of Human Resource Management Services (HRMS). These services include Payroll, Accounting, Benefits and Human Resource (HR) Administration, as well as Application Management, IT Transformation, and DevOps Services.
The Province seeks to understand ways to achieve excellence in the practice and delivery of HRMS, including continuous improvement and consideration for the customer experience and expectations of modern human resource systems. Feedback and ideas on market trends, technological change, market suitability, service delivery, information management, information technology and operational best practices are all in scope of this RFI.
