Summary Details:
South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority (SCBCTA) also known as TransLink is responsible for planning, financing, and operating the public transportation system throughout Metro Vancouver pursuant to the South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority Act. TransLink together with our partners, stakeholders and operating companies, collectively forms the TransLink Enterprise (collectively the TLE)
POSTING SUMMARY:
TransLink is requesting information from qualified and experienced Contractor(s) to design and deliver a Human Factors Safety Training Pilot Program for its relevant subsidiary British Columbia Rapid Transit Company Ltd (BCRTC) Safety Environment and Emergency Management Division. TransLink intends, through this Request for Information (RFI) process, to effectively gauge the level of market interest and potentially (at its sole discretion) prequalify Contractors depending on the responses to this RFI, suitability of proposed solutions, availability of budget and other items. TransLink may proceed to a competitive solicitation (Request for Proposal) or may enter into direct negotiations with one or more Respondent.
