Synopsis: INVITATION TO BID Hugh Cairns VC School Window Replacement Phase 3 Sealed bids will be received by the Saskatoon Board of Education until 2:00pm Central Standard Time, March 23, 2022. Bids will be opened privately. Work includes but may not be limited to the removal and replacement of select windows, doors and curtainwall, new exterior wall panels, as well as minor repairs and replacement of finishes and millwork in select areas. Bids shall be submitted on the Bid form provided in the Bid documents. Bids must be accompanied by Consent of Surety and by a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the submitted Bid Price. Bid documents will be available March 2, 2022. Electronic versions of the Bid Documents are available for download at SaskTenders, or from the Saskatoon Construction Association. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and will not necessarily accept the lowest bid.
