- This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Kneehill County (the “County) toprospective proponents to submit proposals for the Horseshoe Canyon Area Structure Plan(ASP), as further described in Section 1: Scope of Work, of this RFP.
The purpose of this RFP is to allow for a fair and competitive evaluation process in which allcontractors can provide a quotation based on certain criteria. The lowest quoted proposal willnot necessarily be selected as the winning bid.
Kneehill County is requesting written proposals from qualified contractors as outlined in theScope of Work.
