Description:
HRPA is seeking quotations from qualified vendors for the selection, configuration, migration, implementation, integration, testing, training and support of an online job board platform for HRPA members and employers. The new platform will replace the current job board and must support HRPA's revenue model for paid employer postings, member value proposition, analytics and reporting needs, and Ontario legal compliance requirements applicable to publicly advertised job postings and job posting platforms. The successful respondent will be expected to work with HRPA to complete transition planning, configuration, migration and launch no later than June 1, 2026, with production readiness achieved in advance of that date.Desired Timeline• Production launch target: no later than June 1, 2026• Implementation and migration: April 15 - May 31, 2026• Preferred vendor selection and contracting: April 10-15, 2026• Evaluation, demonstrations and reference checks: April 1-10, 2026• Quotations due: March 31, 2026 at 12PM• Vendor questions due: March 27, 2026 at 12PM• RFQ issued: March 13, 2026
