To ensure we meet these goals, we require a comprehensive evaluation of our current solution and a plan to move forward with a digital-first approach that futureproofs our organization.The selected consultant will be expected to:1. Evaluate Current IT Systems• Assess current technology infrastructure at HRPA (through current-state documentationreview, focus groups, interviews, etc.), conduct capability gap analysis (current state tofuture state), and identify future state capability needs across all departments.• Assess whether the proper solutions are properly scaled to the needs and size of HRPA• Identify any gaps or inefficiencies in the current IT infrastructure.2.
