• The FNHA intends to enter into an agreement with one vendor for two (2) Employee Engagement Surveys (EES) and one (1) Pulse Check Survey (PCS). Additional surveys might be requested on an as-needed basis. These employee surveys will provide the FNHA with the tools to reflect, benchmark and measure how FNHA staff is doing. The survey results will serve as a foundation for meaningful dialogue, collaborative action planning, and ongoing follow-up. More than just data, the survey provides a strategic opportunity to uncover and address organizational challenges. The insights generated are shared across the organization, empowering all employees to participate in interpreting the findings, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to the implementation of actionable solutions. The surveys will serve as a strategic tool to deepen our understanding of FNHA, assess levels of employee engagement, and identify opportunities to foster healthy and supportive workplaces across our growing organization. They will be designed to measure workplace factors that are predictive of employee satisfaction, commitment, and organizational pride. The insights gained will equip FNHA leadership and management with actionable information to enhance our work environments.
