- Investigative Solutions Network-Maskwa (ISNM) is a majority owned business by the Missanabie Cree (First Nation) Limited Partnership. It is an Indigeous company that employs mainly First Nation staff from across Ontario. ISNM specializes in supporting First Nation emergencies in an Indgenous Led wrap around service approach. Bids submitted to any other email address will not be acceptedThe bidder is responsible for any failure attributable to the tranmission or receipt of the emailed bid due to file sizeEmails with links to bid documents will not be accpeted. REQUIREMENTInvestigative Solutions Network-Maskwa (ISNM) requires provision of accomodations (Hotels/Housing) on requirement and when requested for various First Nations (FN) communities within Ontario during declared emergencies and/or evacuations.The Contractor must have the capability to serve up to 450 persons per meal within Val Rita and Kapuskasking with alternate sites along the highway 11 north corridor.
