- PROJECT INFORMATION: The County of Stearns is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Stearns County Human Services Department with additional Board and Lodge housing that will qualify for the Housing Support Room and Board Rate and for the Housing Support Supplemental Service Rate (SSR). There are 27 SSR beds available which may be awarded to multiple providers. This RFP seeks providers to establish Board and Lodge housing with a monthly base rate of $1170.00, covering rent, utilities, food, and other supplies, and a Supplemental Service Rate of $494.91 for services.
