Metro Vancouver Housing Corporation (the Corporation), invites Responses to this Request for Information (RFI) for providing an enterprise Housing Operations Management System to support housing operations processes related to prospects, tenants, external vendors, office staff and field maintenance crews. More specifically, the intent of this RFI is to gather information about vendors and possible solutions. This process may lead to a short-list of a number of Respondents to participate in providing further information, demonstrations or any other process that the Corporation determines is appropriate, including not proceeding any further in any process.
The Corporation seeks a new solution that leverages modern, secure, user-friendly technology platforms and supports digital transformation of existing paper-based user experiences for: prospects looking for affordable housing in the region; existing moderate and low income tenants of the Corporation-s buildings; and office and field staff providing valuable services to the prospects and tenants.
