Description : HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT STUDIES The Town of Riverview is seeking the services of a professional planning firm to lead the preparation of a housing needs assessment for the Town of Riverview. The needs assessment is intended to provide a thorough understanding of both the supply and demand for housing in the Town in the context of the Town and the larger Greater Moncton region. It is expected that the assessment will include a specific focus on gaps in the housing continuum. Proponents are requested to supply a proposed plan to deliver a housing needs assessment that will serve as a foundation to our updated Municipal Plan as detailed in the Request for Proposals (RFP). This is a tender notice only.
