BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Region is currently seeking a consultant to help amend its current Affordable Housing Design Objectives and Considerations document (Appendix E) to streamline future development expectations for new builds and retrofits. Due to scale and public-facing nature of this document, the Region is specifically requesting proposals from consultants that can demonstrate prior successful project work of similar scale and complexity.
