Tender are invited for Housekeeping and Laundry Services
Project Description : The Province requires program support and site security services to be provided at the Hinton Training Centre (HTC) located in Hinton, Alberta consisting of two (2) residence buildings, an academic building, forestry museum, rappel, warehouse and garage. The HTC delivers services approximately 350 days per year with certain buildings being in use 24 hours a day. Services will consist of cleaning of linens, blankets, bed bug encasements, etc. along with preparing beds with provided linens for 135 beds and maintaining linen rooms. The amount of rooms/beds vary each week depending on the amount of checkouts. a) Provide Housekeeping Services:a. Prepare beds for occupancy per weekly schedule. To include stripping and making beds, on a weekly basis, andb. Provide linen exchange to long-term clients- as per weekly schedule, andc. Rotate mattress, box spring and bed bug encasements quarterly, andd. Ensure linens are maintained in linen rooms in multiple buildings, ande. Prepare, soiled linens for laundry service, andf. Ensure accurate count of soiled and clean linens.g. Approximately 3-16 hrs per week is required to complete housekeeping services.b) Provide Laundry Services:a.
