Tender are invited for HOULTON STREET UPGRADES

Notice Details Sealed tenders marked "The Town of Woodstock Tender No. T2025-08 Houlton Street Upgrades" will be received at the Woodstock Town Hall located at 244 Connell Street, Woodstock, NB until 3:00:00 pm local time, Friday, 2025 October 3rd. The Company's name and tender closing date and time shall also be indicated on the envelope. Contractors shall drop off the tenders into the tender box located at the Town Hall. Opening of the Bids will follow immediately after tender closing. A representative from each respective company must be present for the opening of bids.

The proposed work includes the supply and installation of approximately 300 square metres of
concrete sidewalk, 475 metres of concrete curb and gutter, 5 metres of 300mm storm sewer, 30
metres of 250mm storm sewer, 10 metres of 200mm storm sewer, as well as any associated appurtenances, and reinstatement of the roadway, driveways, landscaping and base asphalt concrete on Houlton Street in the Town of Woodstock.

A Bid Bond or certified cheque in the amount of 10 percent of Bid Price (including HST) must
accompany each Bid. The successful Bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond and
Labour and Materials Payment Bond as specified in the Bid Documents.

Contractors responding to this Notice of Tender are advised that official tender documents
can only be obtained from the New Brunswick Opportunities Network (NBON).
Contractors must check for addendums prior to tender closing. Bids missing addendums will be rejected.

The lowest or any Bid will not necessarily be accepted.
