Project Description : 1. This RFP is open to all interested vendors.2. The City of Calgary (“The City”) is seeking proposals from experienced Proponents to provide confidential, toll free hotline services, consisting of both telephone and internet service, twenty-four (24) hours, seven (7) days a week and three hundred and sixty-five (365) days a year (24/7/365).3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.4. The City intends to enter into one (1) Agreement for the provision of the Deliverables. The Agreement will be for a Term of three (3) year(s). The Agreement may be renewed as follows: The Agreement may be renewed, one (1) time for a three (3) Year term.
