Description:
PROJECT BACKGROUND
MPAC has roughly 1,800 employees working across 26 field offices in the Province of Ontario.
While the majority of MPAC staff do work from home regularly, and coffee consumption has decreased over the last few years, we are looking to continue a coffee program at the office.
PROJECT SCOPE
MPAC requires a supplier(s) to provide and service hot beverage systems, water coolers, and filters at MPAC-s 26 office locations across the province of Ontario. Office Location details vs No. of Machines required are attached
PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND OBJECTIVE(S)
Successful Respondent(s) will be required to provide:
Countertop model hot beverage systems, to include a variety of coffee, espresso, tea, and hot chocolate options.
Countertop and floor model filtered water coolers (providing both chilled and hot water); and
Kitchen/Servery supplies including cups, lids, paper towels, stir sticks, milk & cream, sugar & sweetener.
