Description:
This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) seeks a proponent that can provide a full range of supply of Hot Beverages as detailed in RFP document. This RFP includes requirements for the provision of coffee services under two alternative approaches. Proponents may respond to one or both approaches depending on their capabilities. There will be no preference for Proponents who propose both. Option A: Roast-and-Ground Coffee - The provision of premium and ethically sourced varieties of Roast and Ground Coffee, and complementary replacement of existing equipment as outlined in the RFP, or provision of equivalent alternatives. Option B: Bean-to-Cup Coffee - The provision of premium and ethically sourced varieties of Bean-to-Cup Coffee and complementary suitable dispensing machines in line with RFP, the proponent shall also provide Preventive and Corrective Maintenance services. The successful Proponent(s) will supply premium and ethically sourced beverages and equipment, ensure ongoing maintenance, and deliver a service that provides quality, consistency, and sustainability across SIGAs- seven (7) land-based casinos and the Central Office.
