Notice is hereby given that bids are being solicited by the County of Placer to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, tax, and services necessary for the PLACER COUNTY SEWER MAINTENANCE DISTRICT 3 HORSESHOE BAR LIFT STATION IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT NO. PJ02549
The work to be done, in general, includes but not limited to; demolition of existing asphalt pavement, concrete, vaults and piping per plans; remove/relocate existing items; grading and compaction of structure backfill for the equipment and piping pads; install new pump discharge piping and supports; install new miscellaneous valves, safety davit sleeves, and sanitary sewer forcemain per plans; install new electrical and instrumentation and other items and details, not mentioned above, that are required by the plans, specifications or the Special Provisions.
The Engineer-s Estimate for the Base Bid for this project is $520,000.
The Number of Working Days for this project is 100.
Construction License: The successful bidder must possess at all times, at minimum, a valid California Class A license issued by the State of California.
Submission of Proposals: Bids must be received by the County prior to the hour and date of the bid opening. Bids shall be submitted to the bids&tenders™ website.
