- This Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) is being issued to select multiple highly skilled and qualified contractors to form standing offer agreements (SOA-s) for heat pump installation services and heat pump service & maintenance, throughout the Province of Nova Scotia, for Efficiency Nova Scotia-s HomeWarming Program.
Contractors will be selected through this RFSO process. Successful Proponents will perform installations of single zone heat pumps and whole home heat pump systems, in addition to panel and/or thermostat upgrades where applicable, for eligible participants as further described in this RFSO. - Documents:
