Detailed_Description : Healthcare Materials Management Services (HMMS), on behalf of St. Joseph's Health Care London (SJHCL), and in particular the Facilities Management Department, is looking to establish a partnership with a preferred Proponent, to act as a constructor, as outlined in the RFP documents, for HMMS04600 - SJHC London - PARKWOOD ROOF REPLACEMENTThe successful proponent will be responsible for the procurement and installation of the roof system at Parkwood Main Zone B & C. This will require, but is not excluded to the following: demolition, roof membrane replacement, roof insulation replacement in certain areas and roof replacement. The winning proponent must act as constructor and is responsible for carrying all appropriate subtrades.
