Detailed_Description : ***RFP documents are on the RFx level, they cannot be accessed through project.** The successful proponent will be responsible for the renovation of the Stroke Rehabilitation Clinic at Parkwood Main, Zone D, Level 2. This will require but is not excluded to the following: the renovation of the existing Stroke Rehabilitation Clinic and installation of owner supplied equipment (existing and net new). It will involve strict infection control practices and noise control within the existing functioning building. The project will be phased as a portion of the space is occupied. Details on phasing can be found in the drawing package. The project also involves mechanical and electrical work. The winning proponent must act as constructor and is responsible for carrying all appropriate subtrades.
