Description:
HMMS on behalf of the Cataract Suite and Operating Room at St. Joseph's Health Care London is looking to establish a long-term partnership with preferred Proponent(s) for the supply of Glaucoma Implants to support patient care and surgical efficiency. The procurement will be structured into threecategories of glaucoma implants: • Category One Microshunt (Tubes): Larger drainage implants used for advanced glaucoma management. • Category Two MIGS (Minimally Invasive Glaucoma Surgery): Small stents or shunts designed for mild to moderate glaucoma. • Category Three MIBS (Minimally InvasiveBleb Surgery): Innovative implants facilitating controlled filtration through a bleb. For each category, a primary vendor will be selected to ensure supply continuity and cost-effectiveness. The primary vendor will be awarded an 80% volume commitment, while the remaining 0 20% of the volume will beopen share, maintaining flexibility in procurement. The anticipated annual volume is approximately 30 to 35 cases per category.
