Detailed_Description : Healthcare Materials Management Services (HMMS) is looking to pre-qualify Construction General Contractors with a proven record of providing relevant services for selected projects (emergency response, maintenance, repair, as well as in a bid / build tendered project or on a construction management basis). The preparation and issuance of this Request for Supplier Qualification (RFSQ), HMMS04510 - Vendor of Record (VOR) - Construction General Contractors, is the first stage of a two-stage competitive process that HMMS is using to gather information about supplier capabilities and qualifications, in order to pre-qualify suppliers in advance of expected future procurement competitions. Supplier pre-qualification is not an obligation of the Organization(s) to call on any supplier to provide goods or services as a result of pre-qualification. Furthermore, HMMS and its Affiliates make no guarantee of the value or volume of work to be awarded to the pre-qualified Construction General Contractors, throughout the three-year (plus two option year) term of the Qualification Period (VOR). All projects are subject to internal approval processes, approval of external funding, and /or budgets.
