Colliers Project Leaders is seeking the Services of an Engineer to provide Engineering services and act as a Prime Consultant for project 240434-280160 - Hills Lake - Fish Culture Station (FCS) Refurbishment located at RR2, Fish Hatchery Rd. Englehart, ON. The project intent is to complete a total refurbishment of the current Hills Lake Fish Culture Station along with a site-wide upgrade to modernize aging infrastructure and improve operational resilience. Key components include major refurbishments to multiple buildings, new fish culture systems, structural and mechanical upgrades, and flood mitigation measures. Select buildings will be demolished, repurposed, or upgraded, and new staff and visitor facilities will be added to support long-term functionality. The project will also address electrical, plumbing, and site servicing requirements to ensure continued and efficient aquaculture operations.
